Identity Security Architect

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Security Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud security, role-based access control, security configuration, and HCM data security . The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting security roles and access across Oracle HCM modules. Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud security .
• Configure and manage Job Roles, Duty Roles, Abstract Roles, and HCM Data Roles .
• Work extensively with the Oracle Security Console to create, modify, and maintain security roles.
• Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and ensure appropriate user access.
• Manage HCM Data Roles and secure employee/person data based on business requirements.
• Configure and troubleshoot Functional Security and Data Security .
• Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and access controls.
• Analyze and resolve security-related issues across Oracle HCM modules.
• Support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Absence.
• Develop and maintain security matrices based on business and compliance requirements.
• Perform security testing, validation, and access reviews.
• Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) and least-privilege access requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather security requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM security configurations.
• Troubleshoot security issues involving users, roles, privileges, data access, and approval workflows.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates/releases and assess their impact on HCM security.
• Prepare security documentation, configuration guides, and user access reports.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and IAM teams.

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud .
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Security .
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Security Console .
• Experience configuring Job Roles, Duty Roles, Abstract Roles, and Data Roles .
• Strong understanding of RBAC, Functional Security, and Data Security .
• Experience with HCM Data Roles and role provisioning .
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM security architecture and access management.
• Experience troubleshooting security and authorization issues.
• Good understanding of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) .
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SoD, compliance, and audit requirements .
• Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, or production environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM quarterly release management.
