Overview:
Covenant HealthCare, in partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our esteemed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Saginaw, Michigan. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist in high-risk deliveries, performing advanced neonatal procedures and interventions.
• Participate actively in clinical decision-making, patient management, and family education to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing safety and care standards.
• Engage in pediatric subspecialty support, including surgical, cardiology, and neurology services.
• Assume clinical leadership roles within the NICU to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Support and mentor new graduate NNPs through structured orientation and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuous education, ensuring adherence to best practices in neonatal care.

Qualifications:

• Must possess Board Certification as a Pediatric Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications are not acceptable).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an NNP is preferred, but qualified new graduates with exceptional potential will be considered.
• Strong commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with excellent communication skills.
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
