What You’ll Do: Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments Address a range of needs including community reintegration, self-care, fine and gross motor skills, social skills, ADL’s, IADL’s, and leisure skills Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals.
