Overview Regional Maintenance Manager (ORD): Lead a high-performing team of resident and remote technicians supporting automated material handling and packaging systems at a major customer site in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal technical resources, ensuring fast, effective resolution of service issues and consistent operational performance. Oversee daily service operations, coordinate technical support , and drive customer satisfaction through strong communication, organization, and leadership. Bring a balanced mix of technical and managerial experience — comfortable with automation, robotics, and PLC-driven systems while guiding teams toward continuous improvement. Enjoy a $95K-$120K base salary and the opportunity to lead customer-facing service excellence for an industry innovator.
