Position Requirements a gentle, warm, and playful demeanor professional communication skills a working knowledge of child development a willingness to learn and grow enthusiasm for being outdoors in all types of weather minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent 1 year of childcare experience preferred Schedule & Hours Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with options for reduced hours if needed. Job Type & Compensation Full‑time. Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
