What You’ll Do: Serve as the face of the brand while working in residential neighborhoods throughout the Portland metro area Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach and generate interest in our power washing and exterior cleaning services Conduct on-site estimates for residential and commercial clients Follow up on leads, close sales, and build lasting customer relationships Spend about 70% of your time in the field meeting clients, and 30% on writing estimates, training, and team collaboration What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of outside sales experience (door-to-door sales, field sales, or canvassing is a big plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales goals Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible field-based schedule Positive, confident attitude - rain or shine!
