Network Technician

We are seeking experienced Network Technicians to support a large-scale hardware refresh initiative across ambulatory healthcare locations. Unlike engineering-focused roles, this position is centered around field execution, hardware replacement, and troubleshooting.ResponsibilitiesTravel to ambulatory healthcare facilities throughout the assigned regionPick up equipment from designated staging locationsRemove and replace legacy ATA gateway devicesInstall and configure replacement hardwareTest phone functionality, including inbound and outbound callingValidate fax transmission and receipt capabilitiesTroubleshoot devices that fail to register or connect properlyEnsure all equipment is fully operational before leaving the siteDocument deployment progress and update completion recordsWork independently while managing deployment schedules efficientlyProvide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with onsite staffRequired Qualifications5+ years of Desktop Support, Field Technician, or End User Support experienceExperience troubleshooting phones, analog devices, and fax machinesExperience installing, replacing, and supporting hardware devicesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable traveling extensively throughout assigned territoryHigh School Diploma or equivalent xhyhwjd Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting healthcare environmentsExperience with telecommunications devices or voice infrastructurePrevious hardware deployment or refresh project experienceExperience documenting field support activities and deployment statusEnvironmentAmbulatory healthcare locationsDevice replacement and hardware refresh initiativeStandard business hoursHands-on field support roleRegional travel requiredFast-paced deployment environment with minimal downtime expectations
