CNT / Acute Care / Part Time/ Days Provides personal care and professional excellence by assisting in observing patients and implementing nursing care under the direct supervision of an RN.

Job Duties:

• Make and document observations of patients as directed by an RN and within parameters of education level.
• Share information gathered from patient observation with RN in a timely manner.
• Contribute to formulation of patient care plans as directed by RN.
• Perform and document nursing interventions in accordance with education level and Wood County Hospital standards under the direction of an RN.
• Document responses to nursing interventions provided.
• Competent to perform procedures and use equipment required in the care of medical/surgical/pediatric patients (if completed that portion of nursing education).
• Competent to care for adult patients and children if completed that portion of nursing education.

Minimum Experience:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited RN nursing/surgical technology program.
