Working under supervision of the Director of Operations and Operations Supervisors, the BHT ensures the completion of daily documentation, client vital monitoring, transportation, crisis management, and participation in support groups.Essential ResponsibilitiesObserve and monitor clients by conducting rounds, reporting and documenting client behavior and communicate any concernsAssist with new client intakes including orientationMonitor clients during detoxificationTransport clients to appointments, meetings, and outings.Provide client support and collaborate with all departments to ensure client needs are addressedAssist with on sight activities as assignedMotivate clients to actively participate in their recoveryRespond to emergenciesParticipate in staff meetings and monthly trainingsRespect and maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with HIPPA regulationsOther duties as assignedCompanywide Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDValid Driver's LicenseCurrent CPR and First Aid Certification or willing to obtainSuccessful completion of background check, drug screen and TB TestPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk for prolonged periods, and climb stairsMust have the ability to lift up to 20 lbsAbility to drive for extended periods of timeWillingness to occasionally work outdoor in varying weather conditions.BenefitsPTO, Holiday & Sick TimeHealth, Dental & VisionCompany Paid Life InsuranceQuarterly Bonuses based on KPI'sRetirement PlanEqual Employment OpportunitySunshine Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
