Program Manager, Product Operations

Owning the Issue Management Program, the full-time remote Issues & Program Manager, Product Operations will triage issues, drive root cause analysis, and lead remediation efforts while managing critical product initiatives across cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Build and improve processes using automation and AI tooling to enhance efficiency and documentation quality Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to resolve issues promptly Drive execution of product launches, ensuring readiness across various departments Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in technology-based project management or product operations within fintech or technology Experience in issues management, regulatory compliance, or risk-adjacent projects Strong data skills for report interpretation and dashboard creation Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive team alignment Strong communication and executive presentation skills
