Maintenance Technician

Do you take pride in repairing equipment and keeping machinery running smoothly? We’re looking for someone eager to learn new machinery and become the go-to person who keeps production moving. Why This Role? This hands-on role puts your skills, work ethic, and problem-solving to use every day. You’ll help keep operations running and may advance into leadership because we promote from within whenever possible. If you’re ready to step up and own your professional growth, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do Confirm maintenance priorities with your supervisor and repair plant machinery as needed. Keep production moving through scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and equipment servicing. Inspect and maintain automatic cartridge-filling machines (tubers) each day. Schedule all inspections required for regulatory compliance. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems, addressing root causes rather than symptoms. Coordinate with the onsite Facilities Manager and outside contractors when work requires specialized or licensed expertise.
