About the Position

Job Title: Endoscopy Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Day Hours per Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years with at least 1 travel assignment in Endoscopy License: Active RN License Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of experience as an Endoscopy nurse - Experience with colonoscopies and basic endoscopic procedures Description: This position requires an Endoscopy nurse with flexibility in scheduling. Shifts are 8 hours with the potential for extended hours if procedures run late. Start times may vary between 6:15 AM and 8:00 AM, depending on the case mix for the week. End times are typically planned but may require the nurse to remain until the close of the case if it runs long. Procedure rooms are equipped for conscious sedation, with additional procedures requiring anesthesia conducted nearby.
