Senior Director, Patient Recruitment

Leading a fully remote team, the Senior Director, Patient Recruitment will manage the Patient Engagement team, develop and implement patient recruitment and marketing strategies, and oversee key performance metrics to drive business growth and client engagement. Key responsibilities Oversee the patient recruitment, marketing, and engagement teams to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies Manage marketing plans and lead generation programs to achieve business goals for clients while innovating marketing tactics Conduct strategic planning and analysis to optimize marketing campaign performance and report on key performance metrics Required qualifications Proven experience in patient recruitment and marketing within the healthcare or clinical research industry Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving strategic initiatives Experience with marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools, including SalesForce Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and budgets Advanced degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or healthcare management
