ServiceMaster is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Cleaners . We’ll provide all the necessary training, cleaning supplies, and equipment – you bring a strong work ethic and reliability! Responsibilities include:
- Lead a crew of 5-10 people
- General cleaning and demo/trash removal
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
- Washing walls, windows, ceilings
- Dusting furniture and wiping surfaces
- Operating cleaning machines (we will train!)
- Starting at $19-$20 per hour
- Paid training

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 Certification
- ServiceMaster will cover the cost if you need to get certified
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold, warm, noisy)
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Must wear ServiceMaster-provided uniform
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
- Floor & carpet care experience (not required — we train the right candidates!)
- Reliable transportation
