Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well‑being. What You’ll Do Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies. Has oversight of daily food operations and delivers a high‑quality product. Oversees Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery. Collaborates with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience. Performs tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and tray accuracy. Performs management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates and employee development.
