Meta Sales Specialist

Job Type & Location Regular full-time, Best Buy 852 - Aiea, HI 96701. Pay & Schedule $24 per hour. 20 hours per week: Friday 4:00pm‑8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am‑7:00pm. Additional holiday shifts in November and December. Overview 2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, are now hiring part‑time Sales Specialists. About the Role In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products, be the go‑to person for customer inquiries, and train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. You’ll help customers discover how Meta products enhance their lives in fitness, gaming, entertainment, and more. Responsibilities Showcase Meta gadgets and demonstrate how they can enhance customers’ lives. Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the right Meta product. Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s success. Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing. Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive work environment. Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports via mobile device. Adhere to the primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shift schedule while building strong store relationships. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred. Interest in AV and VR products a plus. Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts. Own a smartphone with iOS 11 or Samsung S25‑compatible OS. Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, grasp up to 20lbs, with fine manipulation; accommodations may be made. Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
