Leasing Specialist: Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience

Greystar is seeking an on-site Leasing Consultant to drive leasing and occupancy goals. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run background checks, and prepare leases for signing. You will coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness and implement local marketing plans.
