Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Job DescriptionPrimary Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintains distribution operations through daily maintenance, cleaning, and general repairs of warehouse facilities and equipment.Collects feedback from management and participates in discussions around improvement projects and activities.Communicates in collaboration with department managers on instruction to ensure that associates are following training and safety standards.Compiles electronic records on maintenance projects within the distribution facility; provides status updates on project completion.Monitors the ongoing maintenance and service of equipment, forklifts, and/or vehicles within the distribution facility.Observes the distribution team and working conditions to determine if recommendations can be made to improve operations.Organizes facilities for the distribution department and conducts preventive maintenance activities.Performs work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments and follows routine maintenance schedules.Documents schematics to help maintenance technicians navigate through projects for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to maintain predictable and reliable attendance.
