Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

• Deliver phase 1 and 2 PACU care in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Manage post-operative patient care, ensuring recovery from anesthesia
• Read and interpret telemetry strips effectively
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including anesthetists and surgeons
• Adopt a flexible approach to float across PACU, Surgery Center, and Anesthesia Clinic

Requirements of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Experience in PACU or a similar acute care setting
