Overview This is a Hybrid role - 3-4 days per week in the office in West Chicago are required. The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing and direct mail campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations, operational standards, and organizational goals. Building on the foundation of project coordination roles, this position is accountable for coordinating cross-functional workflows, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality and consistency across all campaigns. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, along with the ability to manage complex workstreams and support alignment across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Support campaign execution across assigned programs, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely delivery. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Account, Creative, Data, and Production to support project completion. Manage multiple concurrent projects, tracking priorities, dependencies, and timelines to maintain progress and meet deliverable expectations. Ensure all campaign components are aligned to requirements prior to launch and throughout execution. Risk Management & Problem Resolution Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and potential issues throughout the project lifecycle. Break down complex issues, determine impacts, and drive resolution plans across cross-functional teams. Escalate issues to senior leadership when required, providing clear context and recommended actions. Monitor project health and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment Manage expectations across Sales teams, internal partners, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency. Drive key decisions by presenting options, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure all client and internal requests are handled professionally and within established timelines. Quality & Process Management Ensure high quality control standards across all campaigns, validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to requirements. Drive consistency in workflows, documentation, and execution standards across projects. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and execution quality. Ensure all project processes are documented and consistently followed. Team Support & Operational Leadership Provide guidance and direction to Project Coordinators and Senior Project Coordinators, supporting execution and issue resolution. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and promote a solution-oriented working environment. Support onboarding, training, and development of team members as needed. Contribute to operational planning and team efficiency initiatives. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of project management principles (planning, timelines, risk management, and execution). Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive resolution across teams. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. High level of professionalism, accountability, and ownership. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM and workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce). Education & Experience (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Minimum of 4+ years of related experience, including project management experience supporting marketing, operations, or campaign execution. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing direct marketing or campaign execution workflows. Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM / workflow systems. Proven ability to lead projects from initiation through delivery with successful outcomes. Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
