As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will assist employees and visitors with professionalism, support badge and access control processes, and communicate clearly with site personnel. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting requirements. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation. Observe and report potential hazards, unusual activity, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Access control/badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
