About Step‑It‑Up ABA Step‑It‑Up ABA is a new Behavioral Health Care Agency that provides in‑home and school‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Position Summary We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children who have autism spectrum disorder or other developmental challenges under the guidance of an experienced BCBA. A flexible schedule is available to support work‑life balance. Responsibilities Implement the treatment plan developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect and record data daily. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Communicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner.
