Job Description:

• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced 64-bed Emergency Department caring for patients across the lifespan.
• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, stabilization, and treatment prioritization for emergent and critical conditions.
• Deliver evidence-based care to newborn, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Assess and manage emergency presentations including stroke, sepsis, trauma, myocardial infarction (MI), cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure .
• Initiate and manage emergency interventions, medication administration, and continuous patient monitoring.
• Administer and titrate high-risk medications and critical drips according to ED protocols.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, trauma teams, respiratory therapy, and interdisciplinary departments.
• Monitor neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status and escalate changes appropriately.
• Support emergency procedures and maintain readiness for trauma and resuscitation cases.
• Float as needed to support departmental operations.

• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in Epic EMR .
