We are seeking a dedicated midlevel provider, Nurse Practitioner and or, Physician Assistant to join our Pain management clinic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care through independent and collaborative medical decision-making, including conducting patient assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, managing medications, and overseeing follow-up care. Working as an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and comprehensive health management in a professional, clinic-based environment.

The clinic is open Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose health conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Manage medication prescriptions and adjustments
• Provide patient education on health management and preventive care
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
• Perform follow-up care and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare provision
• State Medical License as a RN - NP, PA, or Midlevel.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Clinical assessment and patient care experience
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Effective communication skills
• Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
