Requirements Graduate degree from an accredited academic program in physical therapy License to practice physical therapy in the state of Texas Experience in pediatrics required (New grads must have a minimum of 6 weeks of pediatric OT experience - can include internship) Home health experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish a plus Must carry valid auto insurance and driver’s license Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy services in the home or daytime facility of patients 0-21 years of age, 2 or more times per week, in accordance with physician orders Define the patients degree and type of physical and gross motor impairment(s) by selecting and administering the most appropriate testing instruments Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, plan and evaluate team goals for each patient as well as advise, consult, and instruct the team in specific physical therapy modalities and interventions Plan for and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions Educate staff, caregivers, and patients by designing and delivering training, printed material/resources and in-service programs in accordance with the total physical therapy program May provide supervision to Certified Physical Therapy Assistants Benefits Full-Time Benefits Comprehensive medical/vision/dental CEU Reimbursement Professional License Renewal Reimbursement Material Reimbursement PTO (Paid Time Off) Voluntary Benefits Bonus Opportunities Tablet/Phone 401K Employer Match Part-time Benefits Material Reimbursement CEU Reimbursement Bonus Opportunities Tablet/Phone 401k Employer Match Most importantly, the opportunity to work for a company that puts their employee's first! #J-18808-Ljbffr
