- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare customers.
- Manage customer relationships, including service performance, deliveries, product needs, and inventory levels.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or service escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee onboarding and implementation of new healthcare accounts.
- Monitor service performance, including response times, customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and accounts receivable.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and drive account growth.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure service reliability.
- Prepare reports on customer performance and service improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, logistics, healthcare services, or commercial laundry preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) .
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Daily travel to customer locations within the service area.
- Ability to spend one overnight per week when needed to support customer visits.
