How you’ll make an impact in this role Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership to ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical objectives. Direct and monitor nursing staff, plan daily assignments, and manage patient care needs and productivity. Oversee daily operations, including resource management, complaint resolution, priority setting, and staff development. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
