Job Summary Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Seffner, Florida. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/11/2026 Duration: 13 weeks (40 hours per week) Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Schedule: Monday through Friday Shift Pattern: 5x8 Location: Seffner, FL (suburban Tampa Bay) Role Overview As a traveling Physical Therapist you will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document care in a timely manner, and participate in performance improvement and professional development activities. You will uphold patient and employee safety practices and adhere to clinic policies and state regulations. Responsibilities Assist outpatients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluation, documentation, and goal writing. Develop individualized treatment plans. Use electronic medical records for documentation and charge entry. Supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide student instruction when assigned. Maintain compliance with state practice act and discipline-specific professional standards. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Experience in an outpatient clinic setting. Competence with comprehensive patient evaluation, documentation, goal writing, and development of individualized treatment plans. Experience using electronic medical records for documentation and charge entry preferred. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide student instruction when assigned preferred.
