The Account Specialist will support the Sales Team by providing exceptional customer support throughout all areas of the department. The Account Specialist will engage with customers to develop and maintain positive relationships and build lasting partnerships. The Account Specialist will be responsible for coordinating activities related to inquiries, producing sales results, service delivery support, and ensuring workflows are properly managed. Provide exceptional customer service. Develop & maintain positive partnerships with customers. Coordinate all inquiry related activities. Coordinate activities related to producing sales results. Ensure workflows are properly managed.
