Compensation Details $16.60 - $20.80 per hour Benefits Weekly Pay Paid Time Off Programs (including vacation, paid sick time and holiday pay). New full‑time employees receive a one‑time pro‑rated allocation of up to 24 hours of vacation in their first calendar year, depending on month of hire. Job Description Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Oversee and observe employees entering and exiting the building. Conduct safety, hazard and security audits on the exterior of the entire facility. Continuously monitor the hazardous materials storeroom and clean up spills. Walk throughout the facility to conduct general investigations. Use computers and office equipment. Read standard operating procedures, respond to fire and security alarms, and monitor CCTV. Conduct safety training sessions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Willingness to work non‑traditional shifts, including early mornings, swing shift, nights, weekends and holidays. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in safety, security or loss prevention. Experience with CCTV preferred. CPR or First Aid certified, or ability to obtain certification through company‑provided training. What You Need to Succeed Act as a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through personal actions (appropriate use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment, safe lifting techniques).
