Pathways Youth & Family Services Dallas is seeking a Youth and Family Support Specialist to monitor and coordinate services for foster/kinship families and youth aged 14+. You will liaise with families, service providers, and the organization to ensure consistent care and timely documentation. Primary duties include visits, training, action plan creation, placement support, and aftercare coordination.
