High Acuity OB Hospitalist Practice within Beautiful Pacific Northwest Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced OB Hospitalist (OBGYN Hospitalist) to join a high-acuity, high-autonomy practice in Spokane, WA. This is a dynamic environment ideal for physicians who thrive in independent decision-making roles and enjoy managing complex obstetric care. High-Acuity Care Work within MultiCare Deaconess Hospital , which services 1800 deliveries annually , with a l evel III NICU for advanced care. Pediatrix OB Hospitalist team manages about 20% of total deliveries Fully inpatient role, with consistent exposure to complex, high-risk obstetric cases High-volume transport-in center serving Spokane and surrounding communities, with exposure to advanced pathology and antepartum admissions No GYN procedures required True Autonomy in Developing a Diverse Skillset Function as an independent provider, with duties including labor and delivery management and emergencies in addition to assisting providers as needed. 24/7 OB Hospitalist coverage Management of unassigned and high-risk patients including Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) patients Ideal for experienced physicians, confident in independent clinical decision making Established, Supportive Practice Structure 5 physician hospitalist team: Open to part-time or full-time seeking candidates Collaborative culture with strong subspecialty support Close partnership with Rockwood OBGYN and community health organizations with high-risk needs Spokane: An Oasis in the Pacific Northwest Spokane offers a unique balance of lifestyle and accessibility?appealing to those who enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing the conveniences of a mid-sized city. Open to part-time or full-time seeking candidates Must be omfortable practicing independently in a solo coverage model Strong procedural skillset and confidence in acute care scenarios Board eligible/certified in OB/GYN Starting Pay Range (Base Pay) : $160/hr Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Paid Sick Leave : Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year. NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
