Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans catered to each client’s specific needs.

• Maintain a robust caseload of at least 27 client visits per week, providing ongoing care and support through therapy sessions.
\n
• Document clinical progress meticulously, ensuring that all records—including treatment plans, assessments, and case notes—comply with clinic policies.

• Innovatively employ evidence-based interventions to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and improving their overall well-being.

• Engage in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, working alongside case managers, families, and educational personnel to facilitate integrated care for our clients.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.

• Contribute positively to team culture, fostering an environment of support, trust, and open communication.

Your work will center around a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds. We are particularly committed to serving BIPOC and LGBTQ communities, ensuring equitable access to mental health services for all individuals, regardless of their circumstances. Understanding and responding to the unique needs of each client is paramount in achieving meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an LMFT PA clinical license is mandatory for applicants.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical documentation practices, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective therapy delivery and team collaboration.

• Ability to maintain and demonstrate professional boundaries with clients, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community mental health setting and familiarity with diverse populations.

• Proficient in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record Systems, particularly Valant, is a plus but not required.

• A passion for working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic capacity.

• Experience with telehealth services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation in the range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 yearly, with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. In addition to a robust salary, we provide flexible scheduling, hourly pay structures complemented by commission on client sessions, and generous paid holidays, including your birthday.
