About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the commercial strategy for its steel pipe and tube manufacturing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, customer satisfaction, and long-term profitability. This executive leadership role involves overseeing all sales operations, business development, account management, product management, and strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on aligning these activities with the division's business objectives. The role requires a strategic, customer-focused leader with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the construction, mining, agriculture, general industrial, or related markets. Experience in the steel industry is preferred. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be expected to lead and develop the commercial organization, execute the business unit's commercial strategy, and manage a robust opportunity pipeline. The role also involves creating and managing product management strategies, overseeing customer incentive programs, and providing accurate sales forecasts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, at least 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, and a strong understanding of forecasting, market analysis, and commercial strategy. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to travel up to 50% across the United States and Canada. The role is suited to a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style, capable of thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and promoting commercial excellence.
