Production Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift team. This role involves overseeing a team of approximately 20 individuals, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the 3rd shift production team of around 20 people.
- Drive production efficiency and ensure safety standards are met.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies using Six Sigma methodologies.
- Supervise production activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
