We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Ambassador to join our team. The "Deck Ambassador" works poolside at our swim school. This position plays a critical role in providing an excellent customer experience. As an Ambassador, you will play a vital role in engaging with students and families through various activities.

Your typical responsibilities include:

• Setting up and breaking down the pool deck area before and after each shift.
• Checking water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons.
• Welcoming students and parents/guardians to the pool deck area.
• Answering customers' questions about their account, their child's progress, or about the program.
• Assisting swim instructors and managers when needed during swim lessons.
• Posting media content and monitoring social media platforms.
• Working closely with other swim school staff to ensure seamless customer service.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• A responsible and professional demeanor.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Previous experience working with students is highly desirable.
• A background in physical education, health club operations, or related fields is preferred.
