Carpenters will perform tasks related to the layout, construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures. They will read blueprints, ensure quality and safety standards, and collaborate with site teams to deliver projects efficiently. Responsibilities include constructing, installing, and repairing structures; completing punchlist and warranty work; reading and interpreting project plans; measuring, cutting, and assembling materials; ensuring work meets quality standards and building codes; collaborating with site teams; and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Requirements include 3-5 years of construction experience, 3-5 years of skilled tradesman experience, understanding of carpentry techniques, hands-on experience with construction materials, attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, professional appearance, a driver's license, and willingness to travel.
