Temp Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal (Temporary) Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Duration: Approx. 6 months, beginning in August Perks: Firm-paid parking Hybrid Flexibility: Hybrid after onboarding period; 2 days per week in the Seattle office. Additional in-office attendance may be required for trials or other case-related needs. Compensation: $43–$48 per hour, depending on experience LHH is working with a Seattle law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a long-term temporary assignment supporting a busy medical malpractice defense practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a well-established litigation team handling complex defense matters. Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of litigation Manage case files, discovery, and document production Review and organize medical records and case materials Coordinate trial preparation and litigation deadlines Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed Qualifications Strong litigation paralegal experience required Medical malpractice experience preferred Excellent organizational and case management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401(k) plan.
