Molding Operators

Position Summary

We are seeking a Molding Operator to support manufacturing operations by operating molding equipment and ensuring production of high-quality parts. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines according to established procedures
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform secondary operations as needed to complete parts
• Package finished products appropriately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Perform minor equipment adjustments or repairs as needed
• Assist with packaging preparation
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic math skills and ability to read and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Manufacturing experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10-hour shifts)
• Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive hand/wrist motion
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Must be able to visually inspect parts (close and distance vision required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

Work Environment

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration
• Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Climate-controlled facility
