Tech - MLT/Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist

Job Description Job Summary: Perform diagnostic laboratory tests as a Medical Laboratory Technologist to support accurate patient diagnoses. Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards while working in a dynamic laboratory environment. Responsibilities: Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests on patient samples with precision and attention to detail. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance. Document test results accurately and timely for medical review. Collaborate with laboratory team members to troubleshoot technical issues. Follow safety protocols and quality assurance procedures diligently. Participate in on-call rotations for weekends and nights as required. Qualifications: Hold a valid MLT, MLS, or CLS certification or license. Demonstrate proficiency in laboratory testing, instrumentation, and quality control. Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience working in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting preferred.
