Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.
• Prepare for and assist Departments with meeting targets during shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a safety‑conscious environment.
