USAble Life in Little Rock, AR seeks a Senior HR Benefits & Leave Analyst to design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefit and leave programs. The role partners with Payroll, Legal, HR, and vendors to ensure compliant, employee-centered service delivery.

You will lead enrollment, ensure accurate payroll deductions, and drive improvements in benefits and leave offerings while supporting ERGs and wellness initiatives.
