On offer is the opportunity to oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations across multiple US sites, leading production teams and optimize processes and continuous improvement efforts. You will be a visible leader on the floor ensure smooth operations through multiple key departments. This company are a leading manufacturer within their niche. As they undergo consistent growth and a facility expansion they are seeking an Operations leader who can maximize operational excellence. On offer is a role where you will take ownership of operational KPIs and drive Lean and 5S initiatives across multiple departments, with a clear progression pathway into VP available. This role would suit an Operations Manager/Director who is hands-on, data-driven, collaborative, and motivated to develop into a senior leadership role with genuine authority and impact.
