Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, evaluating clients’ mental health concerns and formulating effective treatment strategies tailored to individual needs. \n
- Facilitate engaging and therapeutic counseling sessions online, fostering a safe space for open communication and emotional support. \n
- Maintain meticulous records of client sessions, ensuring all documentation adheres to confidentiality standards and complies with healthcare regulations. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams involving healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to client care. \n
- Participate actively in ongoing clinical training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and to keep abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in psychology and mental health counseling. \n
In your role, you will predominantly serve adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your approach will be client-centered, recognizing the unique experiences and backgrounds of each individual. Your ability to connect with diverse populations will be crucial in fostering trust and encouraging clients on their journey to recovery.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. \n
- An active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is mandatory. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices. \n
- Strong proficiency in using telehealth platforms, showcasing adaptability to technology-driven counseling. \n
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential to effectively engage with clients. \n

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
