What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing services for residents per regulations and best practices.
• Oversee daily nursing activities performed by CNAs and LPNs.
• Administer and document medications, treatments, and resident responses.
• Assist with care planning, assessments, and updates to resident care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and documentation standards.
• Support staff orientation, evaluations, and team conferences.
• Handle emergency situations with sound judgment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

What You Need

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, safety, and infection control.
• Excellent communication, observation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to accept written and verbal directives.
• Dedication to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to accept shift work, including night hours.
