CMI Management seeks a Quality Control Manager / Site Superintendent to develop and oversee all quality programs at the client site in Omaha, NE. The role requires on-site presence during client hours and supervision of maintenance staff to ensure standards and timeliness. You will oversee audits, monthly reporting, and contract compliance, using random sampling to evaluate process efficiency and guiding inspectors.
