If you are looking for a great career with great people, apply today!$15-$18/hourThose with experience in customer service, hospitality, and retail sales are encouraged to apply.Typical responsibilities include:Greeting customers as they arrive and directing them to the appropriate sales or service staff.Coordinating the scheduling and preparation of new vehicle deliveries.Inspecting vehicles before delivery to ensure they are clean, fueled, and ready.Explaining vehicle features, controls, infotainment systems, and basic maintenance to new owners.Pairing customers' phones with the vehicle's Bluetooth and helping set up technology features.Completing delivery paperwork and ensuring all required documents are signed.Following up with customers after delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.Working closely with the sales, finance, service, and detailing departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.Key skills:Excellent customer service and communicationFriendly, professional demeanorStrong organizational and time management abilitiesBasic knowledge of automotive features and technologyAttention to detailComputer proficiencyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentTypical qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentCustomer service or hospitality experience is often preferredValid driver's license and clean driving recordWillingness to learn vehicle features and dealership softwareOffers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check and review of motor vehicle records.
