Information: Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Number of Beds: 7 Patient Ratios : 2:3 Unit staffing description: N/A Type of equipment : BCPAP, HFNC Documentation system: Meditech, CPN Scheduling requirements: Self Scheduling Floating policy: As needed Hospital Specifics: Certifications: RN, BLS, NRP Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) 2 Years of Hospital/Specialty Experience Level III NICU Experience BLS NRP Able to attend deliveries (all including C-Sections) Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following: Team player Meditech Exp. preferred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN/LVN/Tech) Active TX RN License ONLY – temp licensed will not be accepted Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color RN: Royal blue and/or white scrubs Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc. Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab. Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc. Other – Unit Guidelines/Policies: Floating Guidelines: Attendance Policies: The company wide attendance policy will be followed.
