Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Ohio SLP license and Ohio Department of Education credential required
• Certification in SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY welcomed
• Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology preferred
• Confidence working with caseloads encompassing early childhood through age 23 (Special Education)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and case management skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students across three elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school
• Manage a weighted caseload (up to 80 school-age, 50 preschool, or a combination)
• Create individualized therapy plans and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families
• Complete documentation in compliance with school policies and state guidelines
