Production Supervisor 

Location: Fletcher, OH
Pay: $30.00+/hour
Shift: Night Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee overnight production operations. This position is responsible for leading the production team, maintaining efficient operations, meeting quality standards, and ensuring projects and production goals are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the overnight production team.

• Provide guidance and support to maintain efficient performance.

• Monitor production processes and identify and resolve issues.

• Implement continuous improvement measures.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and production goals are met.

• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and provide updates to management.

• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in a government or military environment.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to make decisions and take ownership of production outcomes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methods.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Willingness to obtain any necessary security clearances or certifications.
